You'll Get What You're Given

Readers responded with all the eagerness and enthusiasm of a group of sullen teenagers to my posting of the first few pages of 'Foreign Correspondence' here, so if anyone does want to read the whole book they're damn well going to have to buy it. (Just e-mail me and I'll tell you how to get it, as publishers and bookshops are no longer interested in it.)
